The two big differences to an Australian Christmas have thus far been the weather and the TV. I suspect these are related in as much as the weather here does not restrict you to indoor activities. Or at least incline you to them. As a result much less of a fuss is made of the TV selections available over the festive period. This may well be a good thing.
Xmas with the sunshine is not right though.
